We bought our house almost three years ago and we knew the AC unit would need to be replaced. Ray was very informative, had several options available, and was courteous and cordial. He walked us through the process and answered our questions. The next morning, temporary window units were delivered to our residence to assist with the heat. Gabriel did a very good job and explained everything as he went with the installation.
We had multiple parts break down on our really old system. Install only took a couple of hours due to our system being so old, and has not been up to code for years now. As a new homeowner, having a system that is not older than myself is a boon. Gabriel did a very good job and explained everything as he went with the installation.
